Thursday 7/31 Glutes and Abs

Warm Up - HIp mobility - Active Core leg lifts - Walking Lunges - Quadruped Glute Lifts

2 X 5 minute round  
A. - 8 KB Stiff Leg Deadlifts
B. - 45sec Plank

2 X 6 minute round
A. - 6 Glute Single Leg Glute Bridges (each leg)
B. - 20sec V-Sit 
C. - 6 Squat Jumps

2 x 4 minute round 
A. - 5 Deep Barbell Back Step Ups (each leg) 
B. - 50 mountain climbers
