    1. 75 jump ropes 
    2. 30 jumping Jacks 
    3. 10 Burpees 
  2. On the Patio 
    1. 20 Battle Rope Slams 
    2. 10 Walking Lunges 
    3. 50 Mountain Climbers 
    4. 10 Wall Balls 
  3. On the Hill
    1. Jog down 50 Yards 
    2. Hard Run Up 50 Yards 

Group Stretch Cool Down
