Warm Up 
100 Seal Jacks
3 x 10 Partner Band Straight Leg Raises (core activation)
20 forward lunges with overhead reach

20 min Circuit. 
Perform each exercise for 
as many reps as possible in 60 seconds 
TRX Bicep Curls
Bench Push Ups
ViPR Bicep Curls with Torso Twist
Dumbbell Floor Chest Press
Plank
Bosu Incline Med ball Chest Press

4 ROUNDS
30 v-ups
60 Bicycles
30 Sit-ups
60 Flutter kicks
30 Toes touches
60 Mountain Climbers
75 jump rope skips or 1:00 Spin bike.

Cool Down and Stretch.
