  • TRX "Y" Row 
  • Dumbbell/Kettlebell Upright Row 
  • TRX Body Row 
  • Dumbbell Front Shoulder Raises 


Circuit B. 10 Reps each x 4 Rounds

  • TRX Face Pull 
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raises 
  • TRX Single Arm Row 
Tabata -5 minutes 
  • Dumbbell Dead lift+Curl+Press
