Theme- Get in shape to run, do not run to get in shape.
Jogging clinic and jogging warm up.

The workout 25 minutes.
Rotate every 60 seconds with your partner through the HIIT circuit

HI - Speed Ladder
LI - Static Lunge 30s each side.
HI - Slider Prone Plank Knee Tucks
LI - Jump Rope
HI - Battle Ropes
LI - ViPR Good Mornings (front rack)

Cool Down and stretch
