Monday 8/11 Legs

Legs
Warm Up - Hip mobility and 800m jog

A. 3 x 10 Squat Jumps
B. 4 x 10 Goblet Squat (heavy)
C. Complete the following Circuit with as little rest possible. Rest 2 minutes when completed and repeat 2-3 times.

  1. 20 walking lunges 
  2. 15 ViPR Squat thread the needle 
  3. 10 Wall Ball 
  4. 200m Run 
  5. 20 Step ups w/ViPR OH 
  6. 15 Calf Raises 
  7. 10 KB Lateral Lunges 
  8. 200m Run
  9. Rest 2 minutes and Repeat 2-3 times 
5 min cool down and stretch
