Warm Up - Hip mobility and 800m jog
A. 3 x 10 Squat Jumps
B. 4 x 10 Goblet Squat (heavy)
C. Complete the following Circuit with as little rest possible. Rest 2 minutes when completed and repeat 2-3 times.
- 20 walking lunges
- 15 ViPR Squat thread the needle
- 10 Wall Ball
- 200m Run
- 20 Step ups w/ViPR OH
- 15 Calf Raises
- 10 KB Lateral Lunges
- 200m Run
- Rest 2 minutes and Repeat 2-3 times
5 min cool down and stretch
